1. Products & Orders

  • We sell bedroom furniture: beds, nightstands, and headboard lamps.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and material variations.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

Beds:

  • Follow assembly instructions carefully. Improper assembly can cause instability or injury.

  • Place on level, stable surface.

  • Use mattress size specified for bed frame.

  • Do not allow jumping on bed.

Nightstands (Anti-Tip):

  • Use anti-tip devices if provided for taller units.

  • Do not open multiple drawers simultaneously.

  • Place heavier items on lower shelves.

Headboard Lamps (Electrical Safety):

  • Do not use with damaged cords or plugs.

  • Keep away from children.

  • Unplug when not in use for extended periods.

  • Do not exceed maximum wattage.

  • Keep flammable materials (curtains, bedding) away from bulbs.

3. Furniture Safety Standards

  • Beds/Nightstands: ASTM stability standards.

  • Headboard Lamps: UL 153 or UL 2108 certified.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper assembly, electrical issues, tipping, accidents).

Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
